All orders placed through Big Elf Games are shipped via UPS. We calculate our shipping rates directly with UPS to give you the best value for your money. In stock orders are shipped the day after your order is placed. We are conveniently located in Nashville, TN and you should receive your order in less than 7 to 10 days. We also offer pickup service for those that live in the Greater Nashville (Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Brentwood, Franklin, Columbia, Mt Juliet, Smyrna, Cookeville) area that wish to save money by avoiding shipping charges.
Delivery
All in-stock orders are shipped next day via UPS. After the order has been shipped you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
All Custom orders will take 7-10 days to design and complete and are then shipped via UPS. After the order is shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.
